Application to naturalise - Civil Judgements

Is the sponsor an EU/EEA or Swiss national ? To what extent is freedom of movement still restricted for same-sex couples in the EU ? Do you have experience of immigration bureaucracy in other European countries ? Please also visit EU/EEA page in the main website

Application to naturalise - Civil Judgements

Post by schalk » Tue Oct 25, 2016 7:38 am

Morning,

I am looking at the application form to naturalise as a British citizen and note that you have to declare all civil judgements. I have had a CCJ taken out against me in 2008 which has been settled (paid) and does not show on any credit file.

Should this be "declared" as part of the application?

Also, I completed my life in the UK exam in 2010 as part of my ILR, do I have to do this again?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Schalk

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can help with my query in relation to the County Court Judgement? I've searched several forums and I have not been able to find an answer.

Regards,
S
